Variables

step 7.jpg

You can add or not include things in your kit depending on your location, circumstances, or medical issues.

Location

step 8.jpg

Pick a good place for your first-aid kit like the kitchen, where accidents frequently occur. Do not put your kit in the bathroom, because ointments and creams can only be in a small range of temperatures and the bathroom humidity can affect it's use.

Communication

step 9.jpg

Alert all family members or household members of where your new first-aid kit is in case of emergency.

Keeping Up With Your Kit

Now remember to use your first aid whenever you need it, and check the expiration dates on ointments and antiseptic every 6-8 months.

Disclaimer

Always call 911 for major medical emergencies. You can not treat every injury with a basic first aid kit.

Thank you!!
