How to Peel Garlic Quickly
Have you ever bought a bunch of garlic then wondered how on Earth you were going to peel them all quickly? Yeah, me too. Sam's Club = bulk and peeling that much garlic can be a pain... UNTIL NOW!
Gather What You'll Need
So, as simple as this is, you're going to need to take a few things out of the cabinets.
You will need:
~Your Garlic
~A Container to store the peeled cloves
~Lemon Juice
and the secret to this instructable
~2 bowls that fit (or almost fit) inside each other
Now if you happen to have some children nearby, you can "volunteer" them for clean up later. :)

Let's Start Peeling
1) Put about 1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice in the container where you will be storing the garlic cloves. This will keep the garlic from browning and looking gross.
2) Place a bulb of garlic inside one of the bowls. Don't worry about crushing it or getting the skins off, that will come later.
(see picture 1)
3) Place the the empty bowl on top of the not empty bowl to create a dome.
(see picture 2)
4) Grab the sides or tops of both bowls to hold them together, or however so that they don't fall apart during the next step.
5) SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE... vigorously for about 10 seconds. Up and down, side to side, and all around. Get some exercise.

TA-DA Peeled Garlic
Most, if not all, of the garlic should have fallen out of its peels and you can place it in your container. (Picture 1)
If there is a lot of garlic with peels still on them put your bowls together and give them a few more vigorous shakes.
Check to see if the cloves have that gross inedible hard bit on the end. If they do use your fingernail or a pairing knife to pluck it off.
If there still a few cloves with peels still on them, rub them in your hands/fingers to get the little bit of peel off.

Enjoy Your Garlic!
Repeat the steps for shaking and peeling and you should have a big container of garlic cloves in no time. Remember to shake/stir the container of garlic up too to get some of the lemon juice on all of the garlic cloves.
I was able to peel a 7 cup container in about 30 minutes with a few distractions. I got a little exercise in the process and now I have a bunch of garlic for later.
Now you can freeze your garlic, make 5 batches of 40 garlic clove chicken, or cut them all up and dehydrate them like I will.
Enjoy your Garlic!
Also, this is the time when you "volunteer" your children to clean up the peels that got loose and wash the bowls.
Tip: If you only have a few bulbs, an EZ Peel tube (it looks like a rubber cannoli) does a decent job and you don't make dishes for later. You put an unpeeled garlic clove inside of it and roll it back and forth. The peel should come off. (see Picture 2).
