Second take of the orange or green tip.

Now it should look like this.

Now, get your thumb tack Aline it just like so...

Now put the thumb tack in the bullet.

There you go :) That is how to mod a nerf bullet elite with just three things your hand a nerf bullet elite and a thumb tack.
