How to Mend a Paper Clip

This instructable will go through the steps needed to mend a bent paper clip.

You will need:

- a bent paper clip

- pliers

Gently use the tips of the pliers to bend the wire back to its original shape. Sometime sin order to get the clip flat it requires overly bending the wire in the opposite direction so that it reverses the damage. The flat part at the back of the plier nose can be used at the end to press it flat further.

Once the paper clip has been flattened it can be used once again to organize notes and keep papers from flying away.
