How to Make the Awesomest Coke Jelly!

In this instructable I will show you how to make edible any drink that you like: Coke, Pepsi, Sprite, Fanta and more.

It's pretty simple. Pour into a saucepan of 150 ml of water and add 30 grams of gelatin. I use Dr. Oetker Gelatin, although you can use any, the main thing that it should be flavorless

.

Mix well and leave the mixture for 10-15 minutes to gelatin swollen.

Prepare a few plastic cups and your favorite drinks. For the test I use the Coke, Pepsi, Sprite, Fanta and Laimon Fresh.

Fill the cups with drinks. I poured into each of about 150 ml. Wait 5-10 minutes to let the gas out.

Then put the saucepan with the gelatin on low heat and stirring constantly bring to a liquid state. It will take 2-3 minutes.

The instruction says that the maximum heating temperature of gelatin is 60 degrees. Boiling is not allowed!

After the gelatin is completely dissolved, it should be immediately pour into the beverage and mix well.

Next, place the cups in the fridge. The freezing process takes 2-3 hours.

I think it is not worth mentioning that the cups can not be put in the freezer, otherwise you will get a piece of ice :)

After 3 hours all drinks turned into a jelly mass.

The taste is even better than caviar from Pepsi.
