How to Make (good) Chili

Supplies

these ingredients are to be split between each pot

  • 2 large pots
  • 1.25kg beef
  • half or a full cored pineapple
  • 2 large bell peppers
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cans 19oz bean medley
  • 2 cans 680ml tomato sauce
  • 3 cans of 14fl,oz heinz beans, any flavour
  • 2 generous teaspoons of garlic
  • 325g peanuts
  • 4 generous tablespoons of brown sugar
  • a covering of salt and pepper
  • a generous amount of maple syrup
  • smoked paprika until you can taste it
  • a wee bit of tex mex seasoning
  • a snowing of garlic plus
  • ground saigon cinnamon until you can faintly taste it in the background
  • a small amount of dehydrated chopped onion

Prepare Ingredients

just cut that stuff up all fine and dandy

Carmelize Onions and Cook Beef

add the garlic carmelize the onions and cook the beef

Add the Other Food Ingredients

add the bell peppers, the peanuts, the pineapples, the beans, then the tomatoe sauce, in that order

Add the Spices

literally just add them. it doesn't matter what order they're in, as long as you put enough in. DO NOT SKIMP OUT ON SPICES. the flavour must be strong, if it is not strong in flavour you have wasted your time.
