How to Make an Origami Starbox

This is a super easy box to make if you want to have somewhere to keep things.

•paper 9 ¾ x 9 ¾. Or smaller as long as it is perfectly square.

Start with the side that you want to be on the outside on top. Turn it so that it looks like a diamond. Fold it in half. Unfold and fold it in half again in the other direction. Unfold. Turn the paper over and face it so it looks like a square. Fold in half. Unfold. Fold it again in the other way. Unfold

Rotate the paper to be a diamond. Collapse the diamond by bringing in all four of the corners together and then flatten.

Fold the top layer of the right side in to tell middle crease. Repeat on the left side. Turn the paper over and repeat this step.

Squash fold the edges. Turn the model over. Fold the left and right side into the center of the model. Squash fold the edges on this side. Turn the paper over and fold them into the model as well.

Fold the top corner down at the widest point. Unfold. Fold the top layer as far as it will go up. Flip the model over and repeat these steps on that side. Fold the top layer in half by bringing the left side over the right. Turn the model over and repeat this step on the other side.

Fold the top layer back again on the side that you have on top. Flip it over and repeat this on the other side.now lift the flaps up and gently pull. Then your box should be formed. Hope that you love your new box. :)
