How to Make an Omelet
Prepare all your ingredients on a table or flat surface, the ingredients you’ll need are two eggs, unsalted butter, and salt. To mix it together, prepare a bowl and a whisker or fork, and to cook it you’ll need a pan and a spatula.
Preparing the Egg Mixture
Next, break each egg at once and drop it in the bowl you had prepared before and, start mixing the two eggs together with a whisker or a fork in a circular motion.
Adding Salt
Keep mixing it until you see a yellow egg mixture, this means you are ready to put the salt in the bowl, once you’ve put the amount of salt you desire in the bowl, start mixing the eggs again.
Preparing the Pan
Prepare your pan at medium-high heat, and add the unsalted butter to the pan until it melts and it coats the bottom of the pan, once you start seeing foam and bubbles it means you’re ready to drop the egg mixture.
Cooking the Egg Mixture
Add the yellow egg mixture in the pan slowly, and let the eggs move to the edges of the pan.
Finishing the Omelet
Once you start seeing that the omelet is being cooked, flip the omelet to the uncooked side which would be the top with your prepared spatula, when both sides of the omelet are completely cooked and there is no egg mixture left on the pan, you are ready to turn off the kitchen stove and place the omelet on a plate of your choice.
