How to Make an Iced Carmel Latte
Step by step on how to make the best iced caramel latte!!!
Gather Materials
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon of coffee
- 2 cup of water
- 1 teaspoon of flavoring (vanilla, mocha, hazelnut, caramel)
- 2 1/2 tablespoons of caramel
- 1 cup of ice
- 1/2 cup of milk or creamer of your choice
Materials
- 2 cups (24 oz)
- straw
- French press
- pot
- stove
- refrigerator
- milk frother
- measuring cups/spoons
Preparing the Coffee
- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil
- Add 2 tablespoons of coffee to the French press container
- Pour water up to right below the top of the container
- Stir for 30 seconds then let it sit for 4 minutes
- Add the lid and slowly press down on the compressor until it gets to the bottom
Chill Coffee
- Place French press in the fridge for 3-5 hours or until coffee is cold
Froth Milk
- In a separate small cup add a 1/2 cup of milk or creamer
- Place frother in the milk and turn it on
- For 1-3 minutes stir the milk/creamer until it turns to a foam
Caramel
- Gather a clean 24 oz. cup (spoon is optional)
- Using the caramel sauce, pour in the bottom and sides of the inside of the cup
- Optional: spread the caramel with a spoon
Ice
- Add 1 cup of ice to the 24 oz. cup with caramel in it
Mixture
- In a separate cup pour 1 1/2 cups of coffee
- Add 1 teaspoon of the flavor of your choice and stir together
- Vanilla is recommended
Stir It Up
- Transfer the coffee mixture to the cup that contains ice and caramel in it
Step 9: Pulling It All Together
- Add milk/cream foam to the coffee cup
- You can mix it or leave it as it is
Step 10: Final Step
- Finally place lid and straw on the cup and stir
- If you want you can add seasoning to the top such as cinnamon, sugar, hazelnut, nutmeg, ect.
- Now your done!
