Hi,
my name is Austin Olson. I have been cooking for years. If you want a soft, fluffy, tasty breakfast then here is how you make Eggbake. The best part is if you want you can change the recipe for your own taste. You can you don’t have to use the same ingredients as me.

Materials

The materials you are going to need is; one oven, one set if oven mitts, a deep dish pan, some non-stick spray, croissants, six medium eggs, some milk, one small boil and a utensil that you can use for stirring one bag of shredded cheese and one package of diced ham. You can get all the materials besides the oven at a local grocery store. For proper cooking safety wash you handed after touching the different ingredients.

Step 1

You are going to need to pre-heat the oven to three hundred and fifty degrees. Second you have to spray the bottom of the pan and about 1/3 of the sides of the inside of the pan from the bottom up. Be sure not to spray your eyes. If you get some spray on your hands they will be slippery.

Step 2

Roll out your croissants across the bottom of the pan so it shapes one giant rectangle. Makes sure the croissants fit in the pan. If the croissants separate, try your best to line it back up the best you can.

Step 3

Crack the six eggs in the small bowl and mix them up the pour it across the croissants. Hit the eggs on a side of a bowl hard enough to crack the shell but not hard enough to break the shell. Then use your thumbs to break into the egg and pull apart. If you get any eggshell in the bowl remove them. Make sure to wash your hands when your done cracking the eggs.

Step 4

Splash some milk in the center of the pan. Sixth spread the ham across the pan. Spread the ham evenly so it covers the hole dish.

Step 5

Spread the cheese so it covers the pan. Like the ham is should be spread evenly and cover the hole dish.

Step 6

Then cook for 30 minutes. After you cooked it for 30 minutes, shake the pan to see if your dish jiggles. If it jiggles, cook it for 5 more minutes. When your creation is done it should be form, soft, fluffy.
