Find an armband, this badge is stainless steel, about 1mm thick, about 7cm x 2cm, this size is suitable to make a women belt.

It has velcro on back. Remove it. There is some adhesive residue, use WD40 to remove it easily.

This tool we developed is for making bending effect. Glue some tapes on front side to protect the face. Should glue some on back either to protect back side. Put it in the female part, and put male part on. Shoot it, the stainless steel is flexible, so compare with solid brass, you should shoot more times.

Take out this kind of stud hook, it is stainless steel too. Cut off the thread on bottom and make sure polish the bottom smoothly.

Mark the stud hook archor points. Here I make the distance as 25mm.

Here we should use No.88 welding wire and its flux. This combination can weld stainless steel together firmly.

Dip the tip in flux.

Cut some welding wire and put them on archor points with some flux. Here put a piece of wet vegetable tanned leather under, that will protect the front picture.
