Find a key pandent, this pandent is solid brass, about 2mm thick, about 6cm x 2cm, this size is suitable to make a women belt. Use a concho button, diameter 10mm, with M3 screw. Use double layer waist belt hook.

The pandent’s surface is not surface, so when we bend it, we should protect the surface well, use pla or silicon mat is OK, so just use a piece of 1mm leather.

Glue by fabric tape.

Put it in small size mold. This mold is for the panel smaller than 75mm. Shoot it lightly, don’t use too much strength. Take it out and check, because the surface some place is high and some place is low, so when you shoot it, the bend effect is not very good. So use the bolo tie male mold to adjust it a little by moving and shooting, until you get perfect effect.

Enlarge the hole by file.

Screw the stud with concho button.

Put some No.51 welding wire with its flux 51-F

13.jpg

Heat by torch. Don’t burn the flux, that will damage the flux, only burn the stud or the pandent, use the heat to melt the wire.

 Straight the 2.5mm solid wire.
