How to Make a Spooky Halloween Wreath in 10 Easy Steps

Do you need something to get your house ready for Halloween? Then you need a Halloween themed wreath! Make one in just 10 easy steps.

What you need:

1. A plain wreath

2. Spray Paint (any color you want, I used rose gold)

3. Fake spider webs

4. Pom Poms

5. Pipe Cleaners

6. Tiny skeletons (optional)

7. Ribbon to hold up the wreath

8. Hot glue gun

The first thing you need to do you is spray paint your wreath, I went outside and sprayed it in circular motions. When it is fully covered, let it dry for about an hour.

When your wreath is finished, get out your fake spider webs. Pull them apart to make them stringy, then wrap them around the wreath. Try to not make it too thick or too thin.

The first thing you need to do to create your spiders, is get two pom pom balls. Try to find a small pom pom, and a bigger one to replicate a spiders figure. After you gather those, you glue them together to make your spider's head and Body.

Cut pipe cleaners into three sections. Make them about the size of the rest of your spider. Next, glue them to the bottom of your spider's body. Finally, Bend them so that the spider can stand up on its own and latch on to a web. Now, you have your finished spider!

After finishing your spider, you need to attach them to the web. Put the spiders anywhere you want, but preferably along the wooden wreath. If the spiders aren't latching on well, glue them to the web/wreath.

This step is optional, but I decided to add skeletons to my wreath to make it more spooky. Grab your skeletons and extra webbing, and wrap in around them. It should make a cacoon-like figure.

After wrapping the skeletons, attach them to the web on your wreath. You can use glue or more web to stick them on.

Find ribbon that you like, and tie it around the top of your wreath. This should be where you hang it from. Make sure to leave some ribbon hanging for your next step.

After your ribbon is tied, glue the excess parts down. This prevents the ribbon from getting loose and ruining the rest of the wreath.

You now have a Halloween wreath to get your house in the fall mood. Hang it up anywhere and enjoy!
