Hello friends, welcome you to my instructable . This instructable has been made because of the reason that sometimes the water tank is empty and that time the light goes off , then there is a big problem of use of water .so, I had made this tech that you can easily use to visualize your tank level which you can use to on/off the water pump in time.

So let's start .....

> BC547 Transistor - 5 Pieces.

> 100 Ohm Resistor - 10 Pieces.

> Red LED - 2Pieces.

> Green LED - 3 pieces.

> 9v Battery - 1 Piece.

> 9v Battery Cap - 1 Piece.

> Rainbow Cable - 1m.

> Project Circuit Board (PCB).

> Small Switch - 1piece.

You can easily get these things from your local electronics store. Now, after getting things let's start making the water level indicator.....

Working of Water Level Indicator

unnamed (5).jpg

The circuit works as that like the first LED positive lead is connected to battery positive and for glowing it the negative lead of LED is need to be connected to battery negative pole. so the negative lead of led is connected to collector(load) of BC547 and the emitter pin of BC547 is connected to negative and we know that when we want to trigger the transistor then we had to apply a small voltage at the transistor base pin so when the sensor probe is in water then a small voltage get on the base pin and it switches the transistor . As a result the negative lead of LED gets connected to battery negative via emitter pin and LED glows.and hence, the whole circuit works.
