Today I want to try printing with Endurance CO 2 laser .
I found information on the Internet that CO 2 lasers are best suited for this.

-Special red rubber for making seals

I know rubber is best engraved with blowing. Therefore, air is supplied to the nozzle. First, so that rubber smoke does not get on the lens. Secondly, it will blow off the burnt-out rubber.

First you need to determine the speed and power parameters for engraving.
After 20 attempts, I finally found this ideal regimen. The best result for me was obtained with a line frequency of 0.04 mm and a power of 60% of a speed of 1700 mm / min .
Well, the crucial moment has come. I drop the print file into LightBurn . Thanks to the fact that CoralDraw saved it in . ai , I have the ability to set parameters for each element separately. For the main part of the print, I choose the " fill " mode . And for a wavy line, I want to reduce the speed a little and set the mode for it to " line " .

During the engraving, I realized that I forgot to mirror the print, because of this, a mirror trace would remain on the paper. Here's what happened after the engraving.
When I took out the rubber from under the nozzle, I realized that I forgot to make a layer for cutting the print, so I cut it out with scissors. I didn't do it very well) . I tried to set it in the same position and start cutting to trim the edge. But, as expected, exactly this did not work, so I start all over again (((
The second time I did everything right and set all the modes correctly. Here is the final result.
I asked a colleague to make the tooling for the stamp on a 3D printer. I told him the diameter of the future stamp is 38 mm.
The next day he brought me a ready-made rig. I glued the rubber to it with two sided tape. And here is the finished stamp
