How to Make a Press No Hole Waist Belt Buckle

Make a special waist belt buckle, the leather belt can have no hole.

Make frame. Use 2mm x 5mm solid brass plate and bending tool.

Drill holes, before drilling, use positioning awl to prick a small pitting, then the bit won’t move when you do drilling work.

Cut a piece of plate, the length should be as the external diameter.

Remove the marked places by rasper.

 Cut a piece of plate equal the length of this plate as picture.

Rough the surface and weld them together by No.51 welding wire and 51-F flux.

Bevel the edges by rasper.

Fold 3mm bridge by 3mm tool kit, I will make a 38mm bridge.

Ready to weld.

Polish the surface.

Assemble them together.

Take out a 5cm medal.

Bend it a little by shooting, just a little is OK.

Scratch the area will weld the frame on.

Ready to weld the frame on.

Put a piece of welding wire on with flux and burn. Don't burn the flux directly, burn the medal other place, use the heat to melt the welding wire.

Do the same steps above.

Done, This kind of waist belt buckle no need holes on leather belt, it use pressure to press the leather belt firmly. You can adjust the height of the frame for different thickness of the leather.
