Let’s make the frame by hand. Use 2mm x 5mm solid brass bar. The inner height is 12mm, inner length is 42mm.

Find suitable places for holes.

Use the positioning awl to prick a small hole, then when you drill the hole, the bit won’t move.

Drill 2.5mm holes.

Bend the panel.

Glue fabric to protect the panel when shooting.

Shoot!

Clamp the frame on reasonable place.

Put a piece of No.51 welding wire on with flux No.51-F.

Heat by torch, Don’t heat the flux directly, burn the other part, use the heat to melt the wire.

Weld the other side by the same step.

Find the stud place by the positioning awl.

Install the tiger teeth clamp.

Cut off the stud’s thread and weld. Because the panel is only 3mm thick, so I weld the stud on, if the panel is thick over than 4mm, I will drill a hole and tap thread for the hole, then only need screwing the stud on.

Polish by sand paper.

Clamp the stud on.

Wrap it by No.51 welding wire with No.51-F flux.

Polish it. Done.
