Import a .stp (step) File of the Phone You Want to Make a Case For.
Import a step file of the phone the case is being made for by going to a website like GrabCad. Import the model into Fusion 360.
Create a Sketch
Create a sketch of the side of your device very precisely and then use the offset feature to offset it by 2mm then close the gap between the original and the offseted line
Make It a Solid Object
Now, by using a mix of the extrude feature and the sweep feature that you can find under the create page.
Making Holes for the Buttons
Click on your now bumper and click v, using the sketch feature trace out a sealed shape for where your buttons are going to be extruded then will cut into the bumper (same goes for the charging port and speaker area).
Create a Back
Click on the back surface of your device and then extrude it by 2mm and then combine so it can be 1 piece using the combine feature under the modify page.
Camera Protection
Outline the camera hole on your case and extrude it by 2mm (will require the sketch feature).
Add Fillets and Chamfers
Go around your case and add fillets or chamfers where you think it is necessary (definitely add a chamfer to the camera part of the case). I recommend all the holes and the elevated areas.
Increase the Size
Now, make everything but the case dissapear and press s on your keyboard and search scale and chose the scale option. Scale it up to 1.0015. Print with flexible material.
Note:I have not printed this quite yet so please let me know what scale up works
