The materials required is an 8.5x11 piece of standard stock paper, a ruler is also useful but it is not required.
Place a 8.5x11 inch paper on a dry, flat surface.
Fold the paper in half longwise. Be sure to press down hard to ensure the fold holds its position.
Unfold the paper and lay flat, the crease created will be crease A.
Fold the left corner, aligned with crease A, creating a triangle.
Repeat step 4 for the right side.
Fold left on the triangle corners again, in line with crease A.
Repeat step 6 for the right side.
Fold the paper in half along crease A, with the triangle folds on the inside.
Starting with crease A, go up 2 inches and make a parallel fold with one side of the paper, creating a 90 degree angle.
Repeat step 9 on the other side. Note at the end of this you should have a "T-shape" from the rear view.
