How to Make a Mini Strawberry Cheesecake

Just so you know this is not my recipe i got it from this website
Get Your Ingredients

These are the ingredients you will need for the mini cheesecakes:
Mini vanilla wafers(vary's on how many you want to make)
16 ounce cream cheese(two whole sticks)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs (room temperature)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Strawberry pie filling
Preheat Oven

After you get your ingredients together you will have to preheat your oven to 375 like it shows in the picture.
Line Your Muffin Tin

So you will have to get two or three mini muffin tin's and then put mini muffin liner's into the tin.
Vanilla Wafers

After you line the tin's you would have to put two mini vanilla wafers into the bottom of each liner(the recipe called for 1 big vanilla wafer but it wouldn't fit)
Add Cream Cheese

Next you will have to add your two sticks of cream cheese into a medium sized bowl.
Granulated Sugar

You will have to add your granulated sugar in with your cream cheese in your medium sized bowl.
Mix

Get your electric mixer out and start mixing on medium speed until cream cheese and sugar and light and fluffy.
Mix Eggs In

One add a time add you eggs into your cream cheese and sugar mixer.(2 eggs)
Add Vanilla

Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and mix.(the mixture is done)
Put in Liners

After your mixture is done put it into the tin's with the vanilla wafers with a spoon.
Bake

When you put your cheese cake mixture into your tin's make sure you bake them for 15 minutes, or until the top and edges look set.
Cool

Let the cheese cakes cool inside the tin's and then when they are cooled then transfer them to a air tight container.
Strawberry Pie Filling

After then cool and are set you should add one strawberry on top of the cheese cakes then let the cool in the fright all night, or until you want to eat them.(always keep them cool)
