This is the mechanical waist belt buckle kit. I make the instruction by roughcast, what you bought from our store is the well polished one.

Put the spring in the tongue.

Cover the seal ring.

Put the tongue on.

Insert the needle.

Take out the frame. It is roughcast too, what you get will be well polished.

Assemble them together.

See here, there is a stop on the frame. Now the spring is in free status.

Now we tighten the spring, fix the frame on vise.

Use a needle-nose pliers to hold the needle tip firmly, pull out a little to leave the stop, twist the needle clockwisely, until the gap align with the stop again, then push the needle into the stop. You will find the spring is fasten.

 Shoot rivets in.

Now we make the front panel, no more to say.

Clamp to fix.

25.jpg

Because the panel is zinc alloy, we use No.51 welding wire, cut the wire into small pieces.

Put the wires in the frame with flux No.51-F.

Heat by torch, don’t burn the flux, only burn the other part, use the heat to melt the wire. Done
