What You Need

16 1x1 slope bricks

4 2x2 plates

1 2x1 hinge

1 4x4 plate

1 (Headlight) brick

1 large piece of string

Making the Base

As shown in the photos you need your 4x4 flat plate and your 2x2s plates

Place the 2x2 plates behind the 4x4

Make Your Pattern

Place your slopes on top of the bricks, therefore forming a pattern

Here is an idea (see photo)

Making the Rope Holder

Get your hinge and headlight brick and combine as shown (see photo)

Final Step

Get your rope holder and your 4x4 and place on the back as shown (see the first photo)

Then get you rope and tie a sturdy bow (see the second photo)

Put it on yourself and you now look beautiful (even though you looked beautiful in the first place!)
