Put your knife on your leather, and fold the leather over the knife. Then make sure that there is 1 inch of slack at the end. Then take a couple of clips and put one at the top ,one at the the side and, one at the bottom.

Punching the Holes

Take out the knife from the sheath and get the punch. Draw a line where you want to punch the holes, and use that as a guideline. When that is done start to punch a hole, and take out the clip if needed. Punch the hole and then put the clip back.

Sewing

Thread your needle and make a knot at the end of the thread. The stitch I am using is a saddle stitch. You can look it up on how to do it. Then using that stitch sew the whole thing, and tie a knot at the end of the last hole. Then lightly tap the mallet on the thread.

Cut the Excess

Take your scissors cut off the leather that is attached to the sheath.
