When we go camping we are constantly misplacing our dog bowls so I had the idea for a meal tray. I had fun making this and it was so simple.

Supplies

You will need a 2 inch by 4 inch by 8 foot. Some nails or screws and that is it.

Board Lengths

First I marked my 2 by 4 the cut it. You will need two 3 1/4 inch pieces, two 15 inch pieces, and four 9 inch pieces

Bowl Cot Outs

First you need to set your bowls on the wood and trace around the bowl with the pencil. Then cut the circles out. Make sure that the circles are very placed on the boards how you would like them.

Now screw your two 15 inch pieces that you have cut the circles in on two of the 9 inch pieces. Now you are ready to make the little box.

For the box take your two small pieces and screw them to one of you 9 inch pieces. Then screw that onto one of the sides on the tray. Now take your last 9 inch piece and screw it on so that the box is finished.

Now sand the edges and you can paint it or stain it. I did not have time to do that with this one but I think it still turned out awsome.
