Supplies

You will need for the cake batter:

1. 2 cups of sugar

2. 4 eggs

3. 6 heaping spoons of butter

4. 4 cups of flour

5. 2 spoons of baking powder

6. 450ml of milk

7. 1 spoon of vanilla

You will need for the cake filling:

1. 2 cans of condensed milk

2. 500 grams unroasted peanuts

3. 2 cans of table cream

Finally, you will need for the cake frosting:

1. 400 ml of whipped cream

2. 2 cups of powdered milk

3.1/2 can of condensad milk

Additionals:

- Mixer

- Cake pan

- Blender 

Roast the Peanuts

1. Preheat your oven to 240°C (464°F).

2. Spread 500 grams of unroasted peanuts on a baking pan.

3. Roast the peanuts for 20 minutes.

4. Remove the peanuts from the oven and let them cool.

5. Once cooled, remove the shells from the peanuts.

Prepare Dulce De Leite

6. Place a can of sweetened condensed milk in a pressure cooker.

7. Fill the pressure cooker with enough water to cover the can.

8. Cook for 40 minutes after the pressure starts.

9. Let the pressure release naturally and then carefully open the cooker.

10. Allow the can to cool before opening it to reveal the dulce de leite.

Prepare the Cake Batter

11. Preheat your oven to 210°C (410°F).

12. In a stand mixer, beat 4 eggs until fluffy.

13. Gradually add sugar and continue beating.

14. Mix in 6 heaping spoonfuls of butter until well combined.

15. Add flour, milk, 1 big spoonful of vanilla, and 1 spoonful of baking powder.

16. Mix until smooth and well combined.

17. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.

Bake the Cake

18. Bake the cake at 210°C (410°F) for 45 minutes.

19. Check if the cake is done by inserting a toothpick into the center. If it comes out clean, the cake is ready.

20. Let the cake cool completely before frosting.

Prepare the Filling

21. In a saucepan, blend table cream with ground-up roasted peanuts over medium heat until the desired consistency and color are reached.

22. In a separate bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk with the remaining ground-up peanuts.

23. Fill the empty condensed milk can with milk and add it to the mixture.

24. Stir in half a container of table cream into the sweetened condensed peanut mixture and the other half into the peanut mixture in the saucepan.

25. Add a small spoonful of butter to the sweetened condensed peanut mixture.

26. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring until it reaches the desired color and consistency.

Assemble the Cake

27. Cut the cooled cake into layers.

28. Spread filling between each layer.

29. Add more table cream to the filling if needed to make spreading easier.

30. Cover the entire cake with the remaining filling.

Prepare the Whipped Cream Base

31.Place the liquid for preparing the whipped cream in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours to chill.

32. After chilling, pour the liquid into a stand mixer.

33. Beat the liquid on medium to high speed for 5 to 8 minutes until it forms stiff peaks and reaches the consistency of whipped cream.

Add Powdered Milk

34. Gradually add 2 cups of powdered milk (Ninho) to the whipped cream in the mixer.

35. Continue beating the mixture until the powdered milk is fully incorporated and the frosting is smooth and consistent.

Add Sweetened Condensed Milk

36.Add half a can of sweetened condensed milk to the whipped cream mixture.

37.Beat the mixture once more in the stand mixer until it is creamy yet firm enough to decorate the cake.
