How to Make a 3D Printed Fidget Spinner Using Fusion 360

Gather Your Supplies.

1. Bearings

2. Filament of choice (I used red PLA)

3. A 3D printer (I used the Ultimaker 2+)

4. Fusion 360 or another computer program capable of 3D printing.

You can make your design anyway you want. Make sure that it can spin freely without hitting your hand. I made mine so that the bearing holes were .5mm too small. This makes a nice tight fit.

Assemble the Parts!

The file provided is ready to accept regular skateboard bearings. You will have to sand the holes down a bit to get a nice tight fit. you shouldn't need to use any glue. The bearing caps are the tips of an old rc drone controller. You can really use anything, as long as it doesn't rub on any of the parts that need to spin freely.
