In this step let’s take apart the modem (I already took out the electronics)

Insert the The Charger

Put the charger in mine fits perfectly so I don’t need to hot glue it

Insert the Raspberry Pi Zero

Bend the wire to look like a fishhook. Then put the fan up to the side and stick the wire through and bend the other side of the wire

Connect the Fan

Connect the wires of the fan to the soldered pins of the raspberry pi

Solder the LED

Hot glue the LED to the power indicator of the modem then solder the led anode to 3.3V GPIO and cathode

to ground. This way when you plug in the charger to the raspberry pi the LED should light and the fan

should turn on

Connect Everything
