How to Make Windows 7 Look Like Windows 95

I want to show you how to make windows 7 look like windows 95 and i included an extra step to make it look like windows 98 and it is also for people who want to make their windows 7 look like windows 98. For People that want to make windows 7 look like windows 95, Skip that extra step called Make it look like windows 98

Select the Classic Theme

Go to Control Panel>Appearance and Personalization>Personalization then select the classic theme, look at screenshot above.

Change Taskbar, Menu, and Other Things Except Window

The next step is to make things inside the window except window grey and note that will change taskbar color.

all steps will work if you want to make it look like windows 98

Change the Wallpaper.

Go to desktop background and chose aqua green wallpaper and go a little low or download the default wallpaper from here:https://www.google.com/search?q=windows+95+default...

If you are gonna download it from here, right click and chose save image as.

Change the Top Bar Color

Select the dark blue color for the top footer in windows. that will do it.

Unpin All Programs From Taskbar

before that, you have to go to taskbar settings and chose never combine or combine when taskbar is full and then unpin.

Now your windows 7 looks like windows 95, I have another extra step that is optional to make it look like windows 98 but i think it is too far. You can also make it sound like windows 95 in my next tutorial.

Make It Look Like Windows 98(optional)

If you want to make it look like windows 98, you have to restore the quick launch toolbar which is not enabled by default in windows XP and 7. First, right click on an empty space on the toolbar. Next, In the dialog box, copy and then paste the following folder name to the Folder box, and then click Select Folder:%AppData%\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch. next, chose the folder and drag it all the way to the left and untick show text and title and to drag it, make sure lock the taskbar is unticked. and now it looks like windows 98. For people that want to make it look like windows 95 please skip this step.
