How to Make Swedish Choclate Balls.
Chocolate Balls are a Swedish delicacy. One that should be known by every baker.
Supplies
100 g Butter
1 deciliter sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoon cocoa
3 deciliters oats
3 tablespoons coffee
1 deciliter Pearl Sugar
Melt Butter in a Saucepan
Melt all of the butter in a saucepan so it can be used in the mix.
Mix Sugar, Vanilla Extract, Coco, Oats, Coffee and Butter.
You may use your hands or a spoon to mix depending on if your ok with getting messy.
Put the Mix in the Refrigerator
Put the mix in the refrigerator for about an hour to solidify it and make it easier to mold.
Form the Chocolate Balls Out of the Chilled Mix
Apply pressure to the chocolate balls and mold them into circular balls.
Lather Them in Pearl Sugar and Enjoy!
Take your pearl sugar and roll the balls over it which will stick them to it.
