How to Make S'mores Chocolate Chip Cookies

In this instructables, I'll be making s'mores chocolate chip cookies. These cookies are warm, crispy are crispy on the edges, and chewy in the middle.

Supplies

- a large bowl

- mixing tool

- parchment paper

- baking pan

- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- a pinch of fine salt

- 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter at room temperature

- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar

- 2/3 cup granulated sugar

- 2 eggs

- 3-4 cups semisweet chocolate chips

- 2-3 cups of sliced marshmallows or mini marshmallows

- 1-2 cups crushed graham crackers

Preheat

Preheat oven to 375º for 10-15 minutes and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mixing Your Ingredients, Bowl 1

Using you mixing tool, beat butter, brown sugar, and sugar for about two minutes. It should look light and fluffy. Make sure your butter isn’t melted! After it’s done it should look like this.

Mixing Your Ingredients, Bowl 2

In a separate bowl, slowly beat two eggs. Then mix your flour, baking soda, and salt. Add your butter-sugar mixture. Lastly, fold chocolate chips, marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers

Rolling the Dough

Take a spoon and scoop a spoonful of dough, roll the dough until it looks like a ball. Butter the baking pan and put the dough on baking pan, they should be one to two inches apart depending on the size.

Put It in the Oven

After rolling the dough and putting it on the baking pan, put it in the oven at 300° for 10-15 minutes. Make sure to keep an eye on your cookies! After it’s done cooking let it cool for 3-5 minute and enjoy!

This took me 50 minutes to make and it went really well. But I suggest not adding too much marshmallows because sometimes it causes the cookie to burn.
