How to Make Slime

Though it is pretty simple and a bit childish, slime is actually really useful! Not only is slime fun to play with, even if you are older, but it can relieve stress! It also makes for a fun craft! This simple 10 step tutorial can teach you have to make of your own!!

The first thing your going to want to do is gather your supplies. For this slime you will need school glue, shaving foam, baking soda, contact lens solution, glitter, food coloring, measuring cups, a bowl and something to stir with.

Next add one cup of glue to your bowl. You made add more or less depending on how much slime you want, but I'm adding one cup.

After adding glue, add your shaving foam. You nay add more than the amount of glue if you want a fluffier slime, and less if you want a less fluffy slime. I added about the same amount of glue. After that mix them together.

Grab your food coloring drops or gel and add them to your slime. Add about 1 to 5 drops depending on how saturated you want the color to be. Be carful to not add too much, it can get messy!

Next, add as much glitter as you'd like. Make sure you done add way to much because it will make a glittery mess anytime you play with your slime.

Add a few pinches of baking soda. You don't need to be generous when you are first adding it, you can always add more later!

After the baking soda, add contact lens solution. Start with a couple of squirts and then continue to add more whilst stirring.

Continue stirring your slime and add any more of ingredients you may need. If you feel that your slime is not coming together, add more baking soda and contact lens solution.

As the slime starts to come together in the bowl, take it out and start kneading it with your hands. It can get pretty messy, so make sure you do not get on your clothes! If your slime is still very sticky as your continue to knead it, add some more contact lens solution.

Now your about done. You can use your slime for whatever you'd like, whether you are just playing with it, or using it to receive stress!
