This will show you how to make (optionally cheesy) delicious scrambled eggs.

Gather All the Ingredients

To make delicious cheesy eggs, gather the following:

three large brown eggs

Pour a small amount of oil into the frying pan and turn on low heat.

Tip: Eggs cook best at the lowest temperature setting possible. Too hot makes rubbery eggs.

Keep Stirring!

Always keep the eggs moving. As they heat up, proteins fold as they cook, and keeping the eggs moving means that the particles stay small and creamy.

Stir until there is a very small amount of liquid left.

If you don't stir your eggs, they can get rubbery.

Add Cheese! (optional)

Add your favorite cheese on the eggs.

I like Harris Teeter's Nacho Taco blend.

Plate Your Eggs

Arrange the eggs nicely on a plate and add basil garnish. Enjoy!
