- Baking sheet and parchment paper (for baking)
- Grill/oven
- Skillet (for pan-searing)

- Fresh salmon fillet
- Olive oil or other cooking oil
- Salt and pepper
- Lemon juice or other citrus fruits (optional)

- Add 2 tsp salt to the fish
- Let the seasoning set for 30 min
- Put fish in the oven(355 f) for 20-25 min
