How to Make Remote Tester With C945 Transistor

Hii friend,

Today I am going to make a circuit of Remote tester using C945 transistor and photo-diode.We can use this circuit for checking all remotes.

Let's get started,

Components requires -

(1.) LED - 3V x1

(2.) Photo-diode x1

(3.) Transistor - C945 x1

(4.) Remote (for checking purpose)

(5.) Battery - 3-3.7V (we can use mobile battery of 3.7V)

Connect all components according to the circuit diagram.

Connect emmiter pin of transistor to -ve pin of the battery as solder in the picture.

Next we have to connect LED to the circuit.

Solder -ve pin of LED to collector pin of the transistor and

solder +ve pin of LED to +ve of the battery.

Now we have to connect photo-diode to the circuit.

Solder -ve leg of photo-diode to the base pin of the transistor and

solder +ve leg of the photo-diode to +ve pin of the battery as you can see in the picture.

Now our remote tester circuit is ready.

HOW TO USE -

Press any button of Remote towards photo-diode.When we will press any button of remote towards photo-diode then LED will blink.If LED is not blinking then Remote is not working.
