How to Make Overnight Oats
What you need:
plain yogurt
rolled oats
Almond milk
vanilla extract
salt
honey
almond nuts
spoon (table and tea)
mixing bowl
stirrer
container
measuring cups
Measure 1/3 cup plain yogurt and put it into a mixing bowl.
Measure 1/2 cup of rolled oats and put it into the bowl.
Measure 2/3 cup almond milk and also put it into the bowl.
Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract into the mixture.
Add a pinch of salt.
Then add 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup.
Mix the mixture using a stirrer.
Pour mixture into a container, (glass is recommended).
Add the lid, and put into the fridge.
Take it out of the fridge and serve chilled or warm, depending on how you like it. Mix the oats and then top it with chocolate chips, peanut butter and almond nuts. Enjoy your healthy breakfast!
