Pat Your Fish Dry

Since we are baking our salmon we want a nice crispy exterior and any moisture will make it more difficult for that to happen. So just use some paper towels and dry.
Drizzle Olive Oil

Drizzle the olive oil and rub it in gently to the salmon.
Rub Seasonings In

Grab your seasoning and sprinkle evenly Rub the seasoning in gently making sure not to tear the flesh.
Bake & Broil

Place in the oven for 15 mins if you have a bigger piece 20 mins. After 15 mins broil on high for about 2-3 minutes or until nice and golden. Serve over a bed of your favorite rice
