How to Make Omnipotent Poster
The Omnipotent franchise is perhaps one if the greatest pieces of media of all time. The dynamic between moral right and ideological evil provides such a contrasting divide among viewers, which leaves the characters in the series a gray area that leaves it up to the viewer who's good and who's bad. For such an important franchise, there's no doubt some folks want to make their very own posters, and here's how you do it, from the creator of the franchise himself.
Supplies
All you need is something you can edit on, such as a phone or computer
Come Up With a Rough Story, a Title, and at Least One Actor
For this tutorial, I will be using my progress on Omnipotent 18: Never Though I'd See the Day as a guide. The very first thing you want to do is come up with a story and title. This will help you make your poster, since you know what the movie is about. Once you do that, come up with an actor to play the villain and what they're going to look like. Lastly, you can add any other actors as supporting characters if you want.
Start Collecting Assets
Gather and save all the pictures you need for the poster. This should consist of the background (which should be cropped so it's in portrait mode). The best picture of Mr. Eberl to use is this one. Once you're done, you should have all the assets in your camera roll.
Start Editing
Start editing your characters together. Make sure you use a background remover, since it's faster an easier than manually doing it. A good app for putting everything together is Picsart. Once the characters are finished, remove their background.
Format the Poster
Go into whatever you're editing with and put down the picture you're using for your background. Then add the actors and anything else in the way you want them to be formatted. After that, lock them into place (if you can).
Start Adding Text.
The first thing I add is the "OMNIPOTENT" plus its movie number, then under it the movie name. Font I use is Unica One (white), stroke 50 (black). I will say what font I use, but you can feel free to choose what ever one you want. Then add the movie title under it. Next up in the actors. I try to add the text for them above their heads.
Add Some Credits
Always important to give credit where it's due! At the bottom of the poster, add who did what. This isn't very serious since it isn't the official poster. I always do director, production designer, director of photography, executive producer, writer, and music, but feel free to do what you want. Figure who you want to put where, and now you're done! Save the image and boom, you just made your very own Omnipotent poster, which is cannon to the main timeline due to the multiverse theory.
