We all love listening to music, when it comes to enjoy parties, friend’s meetup, family occasions, celebrating functions, get together and all. Music plays a significant and precious part in our life for being happy and chilled ourselves. But have you ever wondered and thought about developing your own mp3 music player and how it works? Yes, everyone has thought about it. Then why you have stopped progressing. Today we will understand the functioning operation and processing of mp3 player from the scratch, let’s do it!

Principle

The working of an mp3 player is very simple, after connecting the power supply. The trigger input is applied to our integrated circuit and LED flashes giving us the signal about its working. Inserting and connecting the DF player mini on our PCB with the external power supply, having the momentary push button the triggering the present song or music and audio amplification. We can also insert our SD in the circuit mini player to listen any type of music we love to listen and setup according to it. So this is the basic functional and principal operation of mp3 player. Interested let’s move on.

How to make mp3 player

1: Now solder the header pins with our soldering iron, be careful while doing soldering.

2:Take the FM-16p speaker and solder the two input terminals of the speaker to the mini player

3:Put the FM speaker in the plastic box for the audio amplification.

4:Connect the momentary push button to our plastic box for changing the output. The push button is used changing the output by triggering the input from the external source. The audio amplification of the circuit is done by connecting the speaker directly to the power source.

5:Now connect the LED light to our circuit for getting the signal about its present condition. If the LED light flashes indicates the ON condition and vice versa for the mp3 circuit.

6:Connect the power supply to our circuit, after a moment the LED start flashing represents it working condition.

7:Cover the plastic box carefully without breaking any connecting wires. Now we can enjoy the best melody music and chill our self with our self-made mp3 player having beautiful amplification and bass.
