Hey there! In this instructable I will show you how to make sushi rolls and shrimp nigiri for dolls. These little foods are very fun to make. Let’s get started!

Supplies

For the maki rolls, you will need:

Black felt

Green felt

Tomato red felt

White felt

Yellow felt

For the shrimp nigiri, you will need:

Yellowish orange felt

Tomato red felt

White felt

And a little bit of fluff

You will also need:

Scissors - fabric and/or thread scissors

A needle

Yellow thread

White thread

And black thread

Note: I didn’t have a better color for the shrimp so I used yellow, however if you have a color that looks more shrimpy, I highly recommend you use it instead.

Also, I didn’t fully know how to word some of the instructions, so I recommend you look at the pictures.

First, cut out a small black piece of felt, and a small white piece of felt. Next, cut out a small red square, green square, and a little yellow strip. Stack them on top of the white felt as in picture three.

Wrap the white felt into a roll and sew the sides together. Wrap the black felt strip around the roll, sew it together, and your done with the maki roll!

For the shrimp, cut out a rectangle. Then cut the rectangle as in picture two. Next, cut out a little red square and cut a V into it. This is the tail of the shrimp.

Fold the rectangle in half, and insert the tail. Securely sew the tail at the top of the shrimp and stitch around the body. Stuff the little body with a bit of fluff before you finish.

Cut two small white rectangles and stitch around them like a pillow. Fill it up with a little bit of fluff before you finish stitching around the edges.

Stack the shrimp on top and you’re done!
