Gather the Following Cooking Supplies Together:

Putting the Ingredients Together
For this step you will be melting the 2-Tablespoons of butter, cracking the 3 eggs, pouring the 1/3-Cup of water, and mixing the lemon square powder into the mixing bowl.
Step 1) Take the butter and fill the 2-Tablespoon measuring cup up with as much butter as you can (as seen above in picture 1).
Step 2) Take the butter in the measuring cup and put it in the microwave for 2 minutes.
Step 3) While the butter is melting, crack the 3 eggs into the mixing bowl.
Step 4) Now, pour the entire bag of lemon square powder on top of the eggs.
Step 5) Take the 1/3-Cup of water and drop that over the filling.
Step 6) Take the melted butter and drop that in the mixing bowl as well.
Step 7) Finally, mix all of the ingredients together with the whisk, until it has a smooth texture (as seen in picture 6).
Creating the Crumb Base
Stage the Following Baking Supplies Together:
- Lemon Square Crumb Base Powder
Gather the Following Cooking Supplies Together:
- 1 Glass Baking Container
- 1 Pair of Fire Resistant Oven Mittens
Setting the Crumb Base
For this step you will be dumping the lemon square crumb base powder into the glass baking container, and the using your hand to press down solidifying the base.
Step 1) Pour the lemon square crumb base powder into the glass baking container.
Step 2) Press your hand down against the glass baking container to create a solid base of powder (as seen in picture 2).
Adding the Mixture
For this step you will be adding that lemon square mixture you had already created and pouring it over the crumb base. Once this is complete you will put the product into the oven.
This should've been enough time for the oven to pre-heat.
Step 1) Re-mix your lemon square mixture until it is once again smooth.
Step 2) Pour that mixture into the glass baking container lined with the crumb base.
Step 3) Allow 15-25 seconds for the lemon square mixture to level out.
Step 4) Grab the Pair of Fire Resistant Oven Mittens
Step 5) Place the glass baking container into the pre-heated oven.
Caution:
BE CAREFUL AS THE OVEN IS HOT.
Do Not Take Items Out of The Oven Without Your 1 Pair of Fire Resistant Oven Mittens.
Cooking the Lemon Squares
Leave the product in the oven at 350 degrees for 24-26 minutes. Or until the edges start turning golden brown. As you can see in mine a fair amount turned golden brown due to neglecting the timer properly.
Caution:
GIVE THE FINISHED PRODUCT 10-15 MINUTES OF COOLING OFF BEFORE EATING.
IT JUST CAME OUT OF THE OVEN AND IS STILL HOT.
