How to Make Lemon Cake

This recipe gives you a really fluffy and tasty cake. Before you can begin baking, you need to gather your ingredients. You will need: 4 eggs, salt, sugar, oil, milk, lemon juice, all-purpose flour, cornstarch, and baking powder. Once you gather all your ingredients, preheat your oven to 350 F.
Making the Cream

In a bowl, you will need to mix in 4 egg whites and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Make sure you leave the 4 egg yolks somewhere because you will need it for the cake. Mix until it becomes a creamy and thick mixture. Once its done, leave it aside.
First Part of the Cake Batter

In a separate bowl, mix in 1 1/2 cup of sugar, 3/4 cup of oil, 4 egg yolks, 2/3 cup milk, and 4 tablespoons of fresh lemon.
Second Part of the Cake Batter

Once you have mixed in the first part of the cake batter, in the same bowl add 1 1/2 cup of flour, 3/4 cup of cornstarch, and 1 tablespoon of baking powder. Mix everything together.
Last Part of the Cake Batter

Gently, fold in the egg white mixture into the cake batter.
Ready to Bake

Grab a pan and line it with parchment paper. Move the cake batter into the pan and put it in the oven for 30-35 minutes.

Once the cake is golden brown on the top, take it out of the oven and let it cool down. Your cake is now ready to be eaten, enjoy!!
