How to Make Laser Cork Coasters

Laser head: 2" head

Laser engraving machine: Thunder Bolt Pro32 55watt

Processing Mode:

Engraving speed: 1000mm/s

Engraving power: 9%

DPI: 300

You can also draw on CorelDraw and then click on the laser plug-in to switch to the laser software. Set the appropriate parameters on the laser software and click Download to transfer the design to your laser engraving machine.

Place Cork coasters on the laser bed. You can use auto and manual focus. Press “Origin” on the LCD control panel to set the starting position, then press “Start” to begin working. Let's do it by yourself!
