In this instructable I will be showing you how to make Jerk Lamb
Thaw Out the Meat

The first step is to let the meat thaw out.If you would like to make the meat thaw out faster put some cold water on it.
Wash the Meat

After the meat thaws out you will then wash the meat you can use either lemon juice or Vinegar.
Season the Meat

After the meat is all cleaned up you will then season the meat (these are all the seasonings I used)
Cut Up Dry Seasoning

Before placing all the seasonings on the meat you will cut up all the dry seasonings
Mix Up Everything

Once all the seasonings are the meat you will then mix it all up (make sure to wash your hands between each step)
Let It Marinate

Once you mix up everything the meat should look like this.You will then let the meat marinate for one hour
Pre-heat Oven

While the meat marinates you can pre-heat the oven to 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 50 minutes
Flip the Meat

Half-way through the cook time you will take the meat out and flip it on the other side then put it back in
Done!

When the meat is done it should come out looking like this .Then take a tiny piece to see if it’s cooked.If it’s not then put it back in the oven to cook some more
Add Some Rice!

If you don’t want to eat the lamb plain by itself add some rice!
