How to Make Homemade Fried Rice

Do you like Chinese food? Do you like cooking? Then you come to the right place since this recipe teaches you how to make your own fried rice at home. It’s not just simple but it’s delicious as well.

Ingredients

· 2 Chinese sausages

· 4 eggs

· ½ teaspoon of Salt and sugar

· Dash or about 1/16 teaspoon of pepper

· 1 teaspoon of Soy sauce

· 2 cups of Cooked Rice

· 20 Shrimps

· 1 Green Onion (optional)

· 1 cup of frozen Vegetables (peas, carrots, and corns)

Grab Your Cooked Rice and Shrimp

Wash Your Vegetables

Measure 1 cup of frozen vegetables and wash them. (I used frozen vegetables because they are already prepared for me.)

Eggs

Crack 4 eggs and beat the egg with chopsticks or with a whisk.

Chinese Sausage

Before you cut the Chinese sausage first you must peel the skin off. Then you cut it into small piece and then put it into a small bowl. It doesn’t matter how you cut it just make sure you have many pieces of Chinese sausages.

Salt, Pepper, Sugar , and Soy Sauce

Measure 1/3 teaspoon of salt and sugar. Then measure dash or 1/16 teaspoon of pepper. Also, measure 1 teaspoon of soy sauce and mix them all together.

(Optional) Green Onion

If you want green onion you can cut your green onion to small pieces.

Cooking the Egg

First oil your pan with about 3 teaspoon of oil. After you oil your pan you then cook your egg on medium fire into scramble eggs. Turn off the fire and put your egg into back into the bowl.

Cooking the Chinese Sausage

Next cook your Chinese sausages on medium fire until it looks cook like the picture on the right. Turn off the fire and put the Chinese sausages into the bowl.

Cooking the Shrimp

Next cook your shrimp on high fire until the color of the shrimp look pink like the picture on the right. This will take longer to cook then the other steps.

Cooking the Vegetables

After that you cook your vegetables on medium fire

Cooking the Fried Rice

Set the fire to medium. Then leave the vegetable in when you cook the rice.

After mixing the rice and vegetables together, add the mixed salt, pepper, sugar, and soy sauce.

Then mix the it all together where the rice isn’t white anymore. Put the eggs, shrimp, and Chinses sausage in and stir-fry the fried rice.

Optional: (You can also add green onions if you choose to add it.)

Your Fried Rice Is Finished
