How to Make Gorditas
#hercules2016
Amounts of Sugar, Flour, and Milk Needed
The amount that I used are two cups of flour, one and a half cups of sugar, and one and two thirds of milk. You can use less if you want, but you will have to add more flour and sugar if it's too watery, and more milk if it's too thick
Step 1: Pouring the Ingredients in the Bowl
You first pour the flower first into the bowl. Second, you then pour the sugar into the bowl. Next you crack the two eggs and let the yolk fall in. Finally, you pour the milk from the measuring cup.
Materials
This is my favorite thing to have for breakfast, but I wouldn't recommend that you eat it everyday.
Materials:
●gold medal bleached flour
●any white sugar
●corn or vegetable oil
●milk
●2 eggs
●measuring cups
●big bowl
●fork
●pan
●spat Chula
●serving spoon

Step 2: Mixing
You than start mixing it all together. If it seems too liquidly, try adding more flour and sugar. If it seems to thick, try adding some more milk. It should look like the final picture.
Step 3: Setting the Pan
You should put the stove at a heat of 3. Then you pour the corn oil enough to fill the bottom of the pan. Than you pour with the serving spoon as much as you like, you can test around with different shapes and sizes. You flip it after 2 minutes.
Step 4: Cooking It
After two minutes are up, you flip them with the spacthula. Than you wait another two minutes before your take it off the pan. After taking it off the pan, you'll have to put napkins on it to take off some of the oil. Plus it would be really hit to touch.
Step 5: Last Step
After you take it off the pan, you have to pat it a bit with several napkins, to cool it down a bit. After its cooled down, you can now eat it. I recommend you to eat it with milk. Enjoy!
