I decided to make an African recipe called fufu which is doughy like mashed potatoes, and you pair it with some stew or some type of african greens because it simply has no taste.

Supplies

Small pot good for cooking, Rolled oats or old-fashioned oats, A good blender, and a wooden spoon.

Get two 1/2 cups of rolled oats or old-fashioned oats.

Then you are going to put the oats in blender and blend it until it is like a powder substance.

Then pour the oats in the pot and add 1 cup of water, and then start to cook it on medium heat for however long it takes for it to thicken up into a hard substance or like a thick substance similar to mashed potatoes.

This should be your finished product!
