How to Make Fried Rice
How to make a healthy and fulfilling fried rice meal !

Prepping the Rice
Scoop 1 1/4 cups of rice and add a pinch of salt and 1/2 cup of water . Set the rice making machine to cook and leave it cooking for about 20 minutes
Making the Scrambled Eggs
Get the diced cubed hams and place them on the pan to medium heat . Crack 2 eggs and whisk for about 30 seconds until it becomes a liquid form . then place the egg liquid on top of the ham in the pan . Slice some cherry tomatoes in half and add also to the pan . Let this sit in the pan at medium heat for about 10 minutes . When it is at a yellowish brownish color get a kitchen spoon and scramble it around . Place on a container until rice is cooked .
Cooking the Shrimp
Start heating another pot at low temperature . Get the precooked frozen shrimps and leave them out until their defrosted . When their defrosted place in the pot with water and salt . Let this cook for about 5 minutes . After transfer to a pan and add sesame and seeds and whatever spice of your liking .
Chicken Preparation
Get chicken breasts and let them defrost . Place in por with pre boiled water for about 15 minutes at high heat Rip them apart , throw away the bones . Place in pan in oil add 1/2 cup of scallion . Let this sit for about 10 minutes .
Final Step
Mix all parts of your fried rice together for about 10 minutes on low heat . When ready place on plate and there you have it a low fat nutritious fried rice !
