Here's what your batter should look like.

Sifting the Batter

Once you are done mixing the batter, sift the batter into another bowl just to make sure the batter is mixed well.

Getting the Puff Pastry Sheet Ready

image.jpeg

To do this step, lay out the puff pastry sheet out then cut it with a cookie cutter, after that carefully place the pastry sheet on top of the muffin pan. After that, take a small cup like a shot glass and carefully press down on the pastry sheet and go in a circle motion to flatten the bottom out. Once you are done doing that, take a fork and make holes in the bottom so that it puffs while baking.

Pouring the Batter

Pour the batter in just a little below the top of the pastry sheet. Once done, put the muffin pan in the oven for about 15 to 16 minutes.

Once your egg tarts are done let it sit for about 2 minutes to cool off. Once it cools, enjoy your egg tarts.
