How to Make Deserts: Flan

This will show you how to make Flan step by step for a great desert. This very famous desert, first made by the Roman Empire, it is now world renown dish. Used in countries such as Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, and many more.

Make sure to follow each step carefully, very important you do so.

Supplies

-Saucepan

-Squared or round pan

-Vanilla Extract

-Toothpicks

-6 eggs

-Condensed and Evaporated Milk

-Sugar

-Caramel

Break All 6 Eggs

Crack the 6 eggs in the bowl

Add a Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract and Mix

After you crack the eggs, pour a teaspoon of vanilla extract and mix it all up.

Add Condensed and Evaporated Milk

Add the condensed milk then add the evaporated milk, the order does not matter. Then mix it all up again.

Add Sugar

Use 1 cup of sugar to make the caramel, then put it on a saucepan on medium heat for 20 minutes until the sugar dissolves or turns brownish.

Pour the Mix Onto a Pan

Look for a squared or round pan and pour the caramel then the mix. Make sure it is covering all sides.

Put It Inside the Oven

Start the oven at 350 degrees and let it heat up. Put the mix inside the oven and let it sit for about an hour or so. Check it after an hour with a toothpick to see if its ready, if it comes out wet then put it back for another 5 minutes

Let It Sit in the Fridge and the Its Eating Time!!!

After you take it out of the oven, let it sit inside the fridge for a couple hours (5-6). When the time is up it should be done and ready to be ate.
