You can use all butter, or half butter and half coconut oil, like I did.

Mix the butter and sugar together with an electric mixer .

Add the eggs one at a time.

Once that's all mix together, add the flour mixture.

Stir with a wooden spoon so the dough comes together.

Assemble

Pour the brownie batter into the greased pan and smooth it out.

Drop small blobs of cookie dough all over the top.

If you wish you can save some dough and bake them like normal cookies and crush them, to use in step 7.

Bake

Put pan into the preheated oven and bake for 35 minutes.

Add the Marshmallows !

Once cooked take the pan out of the oven and scatter marshmallow over the top. Put it back in the oven on the top rack, if you wish you could put the oven on broil, but I just simply move the rack up.

Leave it in the oven for about three to five minutes or until marshmallows are toasted.

Create the Suace

To make the Chocolate Sauce:

1/3 sugar

1/3 water

1 cup milk

2 cups chocolate chips

Turn the pan on medium.

Add water and sugar stir until dissolved.

Add milk and stir.

Once that's warm add in chocolate chips, stir until melted.
